1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging wherever possible.
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order confirmation or receipt.
  • Detailed Issue Description: A written explanation of the problem (e.g., incorrect size, color, defect).
  • Photo Evidence: At least 2 clear, well-lit images must be submitted, showing:
    • The affected or damaged area
    • The size tag (for sizing issues)
    • The full front and back of the product
    Note: Return requests without complete and clear photographic proof will be automatically rejected.

2. Return Time Frame

You must initiate a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact our support team via [email protected]. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Required photo evidence (see above)
  • Indicate whether you'd like a replacement or a refund

Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.

4. Return Shipping

  • Our Fault? If we send the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product, we'll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is not due to our error, return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the item received isn't quite right. We offer exchanges in select cases where there was an issue with your order.

1. When Exchanges Are Allowed

Exchanges are available if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The product differs from what was displayed

Please note: We do not accept exchanges for personal preference or sizing errors unless we sent the wrong size.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Desired replacement item or size
  • Supporting photos (as described in the Return Policy section)

3. Processing Your Exchange

If your request meets the criteria and the item you need is in stock, we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost. You'll receive tracking information once the exchange is on its way.

4. If the Item Is Out of Stock

In the event that the requested replacement is not available, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative solution – such as choosing a different item or receiving a full refund according to our refund policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We kindly ask customers to review their order carefully before checkout — especially size, color, and quantity.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at [email protected] with your order number.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (e.g., wrong size or color).
  • You may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
  • Beyond this window, all sales are final.

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The item significantly differs from the description

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Damage not caused by localhost

How to Request a Refund

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Proof of purchase
  • Shipping receipt (if applicable)

We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Important: Do not return any item without prior approval.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7 days.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
  • Refunds include original shipping charges.
  • If your refund hasn't appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.
